We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you ever receive ANY product that you are not completely satisfied with, please reach out to our support team for a return or an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, product must not be overly used.
To start a return or an exchange, you can contact us at SUPPORT@TERRALEI.COM.
If your return and exchange is accepted (product not overly used), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
